Mala Dayal has been writing, developing, and editing books for children for the past sixty years.

About the Illustrator

Arpana Caur has held solo and group shows in India and abroad since 1974. Her works are displayed in major museum collections. She was awarded the gold medal at the International Triennale in 1986, and a Lifetime Achievement Award by the governments of Bihar and Punjab. She received her doctorate from Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab.
